The Rehberg Konin Group Establishes Risk Management Grant Initiative

Safety Harbor, FL. In recognition of National Athletic Training Month, the experts of The Rehberg Konin Group are pleased to announce an initiative to recognize athletic trainers and athletic training students who seek to provide the safest environment for their patients.

Five (5) grants have been established to support and recognize athletic trainers and athletic training students:

 

Athletic Training Safety Initiative Grant: Two (2) athletic trainers will be awarded an All-Access pass for continuing education courses offered by Sport Safety International (a $299 value), in addition to a $250 grant toward the purchase of a risk management product or service of their choice.  Examples of qualifying products and services include emergency supplies, training materials, or tuition toward professional development.

To enter, athletic trainers are asked to describe in no more than 250 words what he or she has done in the past year to make an impact in minimizing the risk associated with injury and illness in their setting. In addition, explain what you would do with a $250 grant to continue your efforts.

 

Athletic Training Student Safety Leadership Grant: Three (3) athletic training students will be recognized for their innovative ideas.  In no more than 250 words, explain what you would do to provide for an overall safer environment as an athletic trainer.  Winners will receive an All-Access pass for continuing education courses offered by Sport Safety International and registration to attend the 2021 Virtual NATA Conference.
